Mauser K98 'Sniper' Rifle

In stock and available for purchase

£645.00
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery

The K98, based on the on the Gew 98 used during WWI, was the standard Nazi issue weapon of WWII. This is example is an interesting one. It has a wartime dated receiver coded 'dou 45' meaning that it was produced in WWII at a Czech factory under German occupation. Beyond this, it has no Nazi markings, suggesting it was either sanitised post war or it was a wartime reciever used on a post-war build. It is chambered in 7.62mm NATO rather than the usual 7.92mm, although may have started life in 7.92mm with a later conversion. It is fitted with a nice Weaver Micro-Trac scope which although isn't marked as such, is probably around 4 x32. This is fitted to a nice quality Leupold mount. In really nice condition with lovely polished stocks. EU deactivation with a moving bolt and moving trigger (under spring pressure), but without the ability dry fire or field strip. Sorry - no international sales. Call our freephone credit card sales hotline to buy this item now with your credit or debit card - 0800 772 3499. Proof of ID and age will be required prior to the despatch of this item.

Enfield No4 MKI SKN Instructional

In stock and available for purchase

£375.00
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery

MORE PHOTOS TO FOLLOW. A WWII British Enfield No4 MKI officially converted to an SKN MKI/II instructional piece. Undoubtedly the mainstay weapon for British forces during WWII, the No4 replaced the earlier SMLE and was produced in vast numbers. This example started life as a WWII MKI rifle manufactured by ROF Fazakerley. The markings aren't very clear but it appears to have been FTR'D in September 1943 suggesting that it was an early No4. These SKN actions were used to train recruits in the operation of the No4 rifle. It is in good used condition with just limited wear to the finish commensurate with use. Complete with the correct sectioned magazine containing 5 inert .303 rounds. EU deactivation with a moving bolt, moving trigger, working safety and removable magazine but without the ability dry fire or field strip. *RESERVED* Enfield L39A1 7.62mm Rifle

Notify on availability
£745.00
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery

RESERVED. Known as a 'Service Target Rifle', the L39A1 was designed for competition shooting by military units. Only 1213 original L39's were ever produced (between 1968 and 1972) making this a rare rifle. The L39A1 is built on an Enfield No4 MKII action with a free-floating heavy barrel and cut-down woodwork. They were fitted with target sights manufactured by AJ Parker or Parker Hale with there being an element of choice for whichever military unit they were going to. Although fitted with a 10 shot 7.62mm magazine, the primary use for these rifles was for single shot target shooting. As such, the 7.62 magazine was often replaced with a standard .303 magazine used simply to provide a loading platform for individual 7.62mm rounds. This example is a 1970 manufactured piece and is correct in every way. It has fully matching numbers with the correct CR marked original 7.62mm magazine. It is fitted with an AJ Parker sight set and has a brass sight element holder fitted to the bottom of the wrist. Current deactivation with a moving bolt, moving trigger (under spring pressure), working safety and removable magazine but without the ability dry fire or field strip. See our video showing an example of this type of deactivated firearm here. Sorry - no international sales. Call our freephone credit card sales hotline to buy this item now with your credit or debit card - 0800 772 3499. Proof of ID and age will be required prior to the despatch of this item. A lovely example of a rare gun not often seen deactivated.

SAKO 22-250 Rifle & Accessories

In stock and available for purchase

£245.00
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery

A good value deactivated bolt action rifle manufactured by SAKO (Finland) and chambered in .22/250 calibre. This piece has nice hardwood stocks fitted with QD studs for sling swivels or bipod mounting. It is also fitted with scope rings and a generic 4 x 32 scope. It has a non-standard magazine which to be fair, looks to have been fitted just to fill the space. However, with this and its short barrel, it makes the rifle look quite balanced. The safety lever is missing. Current deactivation with a moving bolt, moving trigger and removable magazine but without the ability dry fire or field strip. See our video showing an example of this type of deactivated firearm here and below (coming soon). Sorry - no international sales. Call our freephone credit card sales hotline to buy this item now with your credit or debit card - 0800 772 3499. Proof of ID and age will be required prior to the despatch of this item
