Legacy Deactivated Firearms

Firearms on this page are deactivated to a previous official UK specification (1988 to 2016). These items are only available to customers outside of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Some of these items may also be available for film and theatre hire - please contact us for further details. Due to EU law regarding firearms deactivated to specifications prior to (EU) Regulation 2018/336, we regret that we are unable to supply the items below to EU citizens.

Prior to purchase, you will need to demonstrate to us that the purchaser has citizenship outside of the UK and that subsequent to the sale, the purchased item will be transferred outside of the UK. If you have dual citizenship, you are still a UK citizen and irrespective of citizenship of an allowable country, legacy items can't be transferred to you. Please note that DWSUK does not offer export for any of these items and can provide no advice on suitable export mechanisms. The purchaser must arrange this themselves or liaise with DWSUK regarding a UK collection at one of the militaria fairs we attend. Please note that email enquiries regarding legacy items will only be responded to where a copy of official ID (usually a passport) demonstrating the sender's citizenship of a country outside the UK and EU is attached to the email. Web purchases for all items in this section are disabled.

Non-UK customers purchasing an item below are responsible for checking to their local and national laws regarding such items. All sales to international customers are final.

Any of the items shown here can be deactivated to the current 2018 specification for £100.00. Re-deactivation normally takes 6 to 12 weeks, full payment is required at the time of order and no refunds are available (as the item is being specifically customised for your order).
