Ishapore 2A1 7.62 NATO Rifle

SOLD. Rare SMLE variant manufactured by Ishapore between 1963 and 1975. Chambered in 7.62 NATO, this was the last SMLE variant produced. It is externally near identical to earlier SMLE's, but with a different magazine design to account for the 7.62 chambering. This example is 1966 dated, is in very good used condition and has completely matching numbers (including receiver, bolt and nosecap. Complete with webbing sling and five inert 7.62 NATO rounds. EU deactivation with a moving bolt, moving trigger (under spring pressure), working safety and removable magazine but without the ability dry fire or field strip.
