L1A1 Self Loading Rifle 7.62mm NATO

SOLD. A very good example of the pre-SA80 British Army issue rifle. Used extensively in the 1970's and early 1980's including during the Falklands Campaign. It has also recently re-entered service as an approved maritime security weapon. This 1962 BSA example has been armourer refurbished with a uniform black finish and has very good black nylon furniture.  It comes complete with one magazine, webbing sling and five inert 7.62mm NATO rounds on a stripper clip. Deactivated to the new EU specification with moving original bolt under spring pressure and via the cocking handle, moving trigger, moving selector, removable magazine and the ability to break open the action.
