SOLD. The K98, based on the on the Gew 98 used during WWI, was the standard Nazi issue weapon of WWII. This is a WWII example with the manufacturer code '237' for Berlin-Lübecker Maschinenfab Lübeck and dated 1939. It has Nazi markings to the receiver and some smaller parts; the 'Mod 98' stamp is also intact. In good used condition with sound woodwork and generally very good metalwork; there is minor corrosion to the stock butt plate. Complete with two inert 7.92 rounds and the usually missing cleaning rod.
