Enfield No4 MKI SKN Instructional

Notify on availability
£495.00
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery

NON-UK SALES ONLY OR RE-DEACTIVATION TO CURRENT DEACTIVATION SPECIFICATION - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FURTHER DETAILS. A WWII British Enfield No4 MKI officially converted to an SKN MKI/II instructional piece. Undoubtedly the mainstay weapon for British forces during WWII, the No4 replaced the earlier SMLE and was produced in vast numbers. This example has 1952 and 1954 dates suggesting it was converted from its original WWII configuration in the 1950's. These SKN actions were used to train recruits in the operation of the No4 rifle. It is in very good used condition with just limited wear to the finish commensurate with use. Complete with the correct sectioned magazine containing 10 inert .303 rounds, a further 5 inert .303 rounds in a stripper clip, a pull through and brass oil bottle. Please note that like any other deact, this won't chamber inert rounds. However, the magazine has a non-permanent adaptation which allows the bolt to be cycled with the mag and inert rounds in position. Post 1995 deactivation with fully moving parts, working dry fire action and strippable. A really nice, complete example.
