Swedish 1945 AG42 Self Loading Rifle

Manufactured from 1942, the AG42 or Ljungman is a gas operated semi-auto rifle chambered in 6.5mm with a top-fed (via stripper clip) 10 round magazine. This example is 1945 dated and has the later modification to the 'B' variant during the 1950's. Very high quality manufacture with a unique and interesting mechanism which involved sliding the top cover forward over the bolt and then withdrawing the whole assembly to the rear. Deactivated to the current specification with moving trigger under spring pressure, moving top cover under spring pressure and removable magazine.
