Manufactured in huge numbers during WWII and beyond, The Sten was probably the most utilitarian but effective SMG of the period. Produced from pressed and welded steel plate with minimal machining the Sten was cheap on both materials and labour. The MKII model is probably the best known and best looking of the Sten family. This example has an F prefixed serial number suggesting that is was assembled by ROF Fazakerley. Fitted with the wire loop type stock and complete with one magazine and 5 inert 9mm rounds. In very good used condition showing some service wear to its original finish. Deactivated to the current specification with moving cocking handle under spring pressure, moving fire selector, moving trigger (under spring pressure) and removable magazine but without the ability to dry fire or field strip the bolt assembly from the receiver. The stock removes and the magazine housing rotates.  Sorry - no international sales. Call our credit card sales hotline to buy this item now with your credit or debit card - 0800 772 3499.
