BMB Bren MKII .30-06 Boxed C/W Accessories

Please call to order and to discuss delivery/collection options. A really excellent used example of an Italian Bren variant manufactured by Breda and chambered in .30-06 calibre. There isn't much to say about the Bren that most people don't already know; a mainstay weapon and a legend in its own right. These highly unusual variants were manufactured from the late 1950's until the mid 1970's and issued to paramilitary forces in Italy. Based on the standard MKII, these Italian brens featured a slighty different barrel and gas tube assembly but were otherwise pretty much identical to allied wartime examples. In top condition, this matching numbered Bren comes complete with spare deactivated  barrel (numbered to the gun), 12 x spare magazines in original transit box, cleaning rod and original transit chest. Current specification deactivation with moving cocking handle under spring pressure, moving trigger under spring pressure, moving fire selector and removable magazine, but without a dry-fire action or the ability to field strip.
