The K98, based on the on the Gew 98 used during WWI, was the standard Nazi issue weapon of WWII. This WWII example is dated 1941 with the manfacturer code 'bcd' meaning that it is a Gustloff Werke example. It has a matching receiver and barrel and lots of German markings across the whole piece. In very good used condition with good woodwork and limited wear to the metalwork finish. Complete with cleaning rod, sight hood and a very good quality reproduction sling. Deactivated to the UK specification with fully moving parts, working dry fire action, removable magazine and the ability to field strip (apart from the barrel).
