SOLD. Original Lithgow manufactured Short Magazine Lee Enfield (SMLE) in .303 calibre. This MKIII* model has a 1919 dated receiver and is likely to have seen use in WWII and well beyond. In very good used condition with a good proportion of original metalwork finish intact and what looks to be replacement woodwork. Complete with one magazine and two inert .303 rounds. Current specification deactivation with a moving bolt, moving trigger, working safety and removable magazine but without the ability dry fire or field strip.
