BSA CF2 .270 Winchester Rifle

SOLD. An unusual hunting or target rifle manufactured by BSA in the 1970’s. It used a modified Mauser action with a barrel length of 24” and was made until the mid 1980’s. Chambered in .270 Winchester, this example is in very good order with most of the metalwork finish present and good hardwood stocks; there is a minor repair to a split on the LHS above the trigger guard. Fitted with a 3-9 x 40 illuminated reticule scope and mounts, a QD picatinny bipod and barrel mount, QD sling swivels and a black cordura sling. The barrel is threaded (1/2" UNF) and comes complete with a thread protector. EU deactivation with a moving bolt and working safety but without the ability dry fire or field strip. Please see our video showing this piece here, but note that the trigger does not move on this example.
