SOLD. The K98, based on the on the Gew 98 used during WWI, was the standard Nazi issue weapon of WWII. This WWII example has Nazi markings to the receiver and some smaller parts. It is manufacturer coded BYF (Mauser-Werke AG) with a date of 1941. In good used condition with sound woodwork and service wear to the original metalwork finish. Complete with two inert 7.92 rounds, the usually missing cleaning rod and the even more frequently missing front sight hood - reproduction slings available for +£20.
