WWII M1 .30 Carbine

Another wartime classic, the M1 Carbine firing the mid-weight .30 M1 round was used extensively throughout WWII and indeed in Korea by the USA Army. It was also exported widely and used by some police forces. This example was manufactured by IBM in 1944 (from serial number). The metalwork is in very good overall condition with much of the original finish intact. The woodwork is also generally very good but there is a chip in the barrel band area (see image). Complete with one magazine, original sling, oiler (missing cap) and 5 inert .30 M1 rounds. Deactivated to the post-1995 UK specification with moving cocking handle, moving trigger and functional safety.
