12G 'Coach' Hammer Shotgun

SOLD. Double barrelled 12 Bore shotgun with hammer action and 18" side-by-side barrels. 'Coach Guns' such as this were popular in the 'Wild West' and were used for defence on Stagecoaches. Overall, in good overall condition; the metal work is good but there is a repaired split in the wrist of the stock. This appears sound with no movement evident. However, it very much looks the part for a cowboy era piece. Deactivated to the new EU specification with sprung/moving hammers, the ability to break the action but without dry fire action or the ability to field strip. Correct barrel length on DA certificate - not a post-deactivation cut-down. Sorry - no international sales.
