SOLD. An unusual hunting or target rifle manufactured by BSA in the 1970’s. It used a modified Mauser action with a barrel length of 24” and was made until the mid 1980’s. Chambered in .243 Winchester, this example is in very good order with most of the metalwork finish present and good hardwood stocks. Fitted with a 3-9 x 40 scope and mounts, a Harris type 6 - 9" folding bipod, QD sling swivels and a black padded cordura sling. The barrel is threaded (14mm +) and comes complete with an all-metal dummy suppressor (silencer). EU deactivation with a moving bolt, moving trigger and working safety but without the ability dry fire or field strip. Please see our video showing this type of deactivated rifle here.
