Please note our new our opening hours are 09.00 to 18.00 GMT Monday to Friday and 10.00 to 16.00 GMT on Saturday and Sunday. If you do need to speak to us, please do try to call within these times to avoid disappointment. If you need to speak to us prior to making a purchase and don't want to risk waiting and possibly missing out on an item the best approach is to reserve it online by placing an order using the 'Credit or Debit Card Reservation' option. We can always cancel this order if necessary and you are not asked for any payment details during the order process.
Please note that we normally reply to enquiries within 24 hours. If you do not appear to have received a reply in this time frame, please check the spam and or junk mail folders of your email system. We don't send spam or junk mail, but as our replies come from a business domain (@dwsuk.org) they are sometimes identified this way. Please do not send us multiple follow-up emails asking us why we haven't replied. If you didn't get our original reply the chances are you won't get any further replies we will send you to tell you we have already replied! If in doubt, give us a ring.
Please note that we are a mail order only company with no facilities for callers. We do attend a large number of militaria fairs across the country where you can view items prior to purchase.
