UNAVAILABLE. NON-UK SALES ONLY OR RE-DEACTIVATION TO CURRENT DEACTIVATION SPECIFICATION - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FURTHER DETAILS. The K98, based on the on the Gew 98 used during WWI, was the standard Nazi issue weapon of WWII. This WWII example is dated 1937 with the manfacturer code S/147 meaning that it is a J. P. Sauer example. It has a matching receiver and barrel, lots of German markings and looks to be one of the Russian capture examples. In very good used condition with very good woodwork and limited wear to the metalwork finish. Complete with cleaning rod, a good quality reproduction sling and 2 inert 7.92 rounds. The front sight post is the type that does not accept the sight hood, so this is not missing as such. Deactivated to the UK specification with fully moving parts, working dry fire action, removable magazine and the ability to field strip (apart from the barrel).
