Star Model BM 9mm

SOLD. A compact semi auto pistol manufactured Star Firearms of Spain. Chambered in 9mm parabellum, this model has more than a passing resemblance to a 1911 Combat Commander. These 1911 style Stars have a really good reputation and this model in particular as a backup gun. It is in really excellent order (near mint) and comes complete with one magazine and 5 inert 9mm rounds. Deactivated to the new EU specification with fully moving parts, working slide stop, working dry fire action and the ability to to remove the magazine. Existing collectors should note that the EU specification for the deactivation of semiautomatic pistols is very similar to the previous UK spec. It does require a slight adaption to the magazine/well that is actually better in some respects as it allows the slide to be cycled with inert rounds present the magazine.
