Mauser .243 Rifle

Original Mauser manufactured hunting rifle based on a Model 98 action. Now chambered in .243, this rifle (action) very probably started life as a WWII K98 and at some point in its life has been converted to .243. This example is in good overall condition, but does have some dents and scratches to the woodwork. These couls be easily improved with a little effort. Deactivated to the EU specification with fully moving parts, working dry fire action and the ability to field strip (apart from the barrel). Existing collectors should note that the EU specification for the deactivation of bolt action rifles with integral magazines is almost identical to the previous UK specification - you are unlikely to be able to spot any difference at all and certainly nothing externally!
