M20 Super Bazooka

SOLD. The 3.5" M20 'Super Bazooka' was designed around 1945 and put into production in 1948. It saw extensive use during the Korean War and was a very effective weapon with the ability to penetrate 11" of armour plate. Manufactured from aluminium, the M20 was relatively lightweight (13 pounds) with its two piece construction allowing it to be transported more easily. The firing mechanism on the M20 was an electrical one with the rocket projectile having to be 'wired' in prior to firing. Deactivated with moving trigger and the ability to separate into two halves - there is no mechanism to deactivate on these but the electrical system is disabled.
