Forget the Glock 17, the VP70 was the first true polymer auto pistol. Produced by Heckler and Koch from 1970 until the late 1980’s, it had a magazine capacity of 18 rounds and came in a military select fire variant (with holster stock) and a civilian ‘Z’ version. This is the latter. This example is in near mint overall condition - probably the best example we have ever seen. Complete in its original HK box (also minty) with two magazines., test target and 5 inert 9mm rounds. Deactivated with fully moving parts, working dry fire action and strippable. A rare pistol and an important model in terms of handgun development. SOLD.
