UK Orders
All items are shipped fully insured unless otherwise stated. DWSUK ships via the UK Postal Service (Signed For, Special Delivery and Standard Insured Parcels) and via courier. Most services require a signature upon delivery. Normally, items in stock ship within 24 to 48 hours of a payment clearing. Orders over £41 are generally sent via a next-day service (Special Delivery) unless they are large or heavy items. Where this is the case, they are shipped via Standard Insured Parcel Service or via a courier (TNT). Standard insured parcel items are normally delivered in three days and otherwise, within five days. Couriered items are normally delivered next day. Please note that we do not guarantee to ship items on Saturdays. Saturday deliveries are normally possible, but at extra cost; the standard shipping cost automatically added to your order covers Monday to Friday deliveries only.
Stated shipping fees cover deliveries to mainland UK only. All other areas of the UK (including Northern Ireland) may incur a surcharge. Please enquire prior to ordering.
