Colt 1873 Cavalry Peacemaker (SAA)

SOLD. A nice reproduction of the famous Colt 1873 Peacemaker. If you've seen a cowboy movie then you've seen one of these! We are not entirely sure what this particular piece started life as, but think it was probably an air cartridge revolver; it has however been bored out (cylinder and barel) to appear to be a larger centrefire version. In very good order, this longer barrelled 'cavalry' version has a blued barrel, cylinder and grip frame, case hardened frame, Colt patent dates and a 7.5" barrel. With a single action trigger incorporating half and full cock hammer positions. There is a small area near the muzzle on the left hand side of the barrel where the blueing has not taken. Deactivated to the EU specification with fully moving parts, rotating cylinder and a working dry fire action. Sorry - no international sales.
