WWII Mauser HSC 7.65mm

SOLD. The Mauser HSc pistol was developed by famous Germany arms company Mauser circa 1937. HSc is an acronym of Hahn-lSelbstlspanner pistole ausfurung C, or self-cocking-hammer pistol. The Mauser HSc is a blowback operated, compact pistol. This early wartime example was manufactured in 1941 (from serial number) and is (we believe) a second variant model. It is in very good condition with clear slide markings and what looks to be in original finish (or possibly an old refinish). The grips are again original and in good order. It is Eagle over N proof marked and has the Eagle 655 Waffenamt army acceptance code on the trigger guard. Complete with one magazine and 5 inert 7.65mm rounds. Deactivated to the new EU specification with fully moving parts, working dry fire action and the ability to to remove the magazine. Existing collectors should note that the EU specification for the deactivation of semiautomatic pistols is very similar to the previous UK spec. It does require a slight adaption to the magazine/well that is actually better in some respects as it allows the slide to be cycled with inert rounds present the magazine.
