SOLD. Original FN/Browning 9mm Hi Power auto pistol. In very good overall condition with the vast majority of original finish intact, this example with matching serial numbers throughout would have been produced in the 1950’s and is an ex-Austrian Police issued piece. Unit issue markings (LGK B) to the front strap of the frame with matching markings to the magazine. Original FN hardwood grips and complete with one magazine and 5 inert rounds. Deactivated to the new EU specification with fully moving parts, working manual slide stop, working dry fire action and the ability to to remove the magazine. Existing collectors should note that the EU specification for the deactivation of semiautomatic pistols is very similar to the previous UK spec. It does require a slight adaption to the magazine/well that is actually better in some respects as it allows the slide to be cycled with inert rounds present the magazine.
